These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Doxxline website at doxxline.com and all related services (the "Service") operated by Thriftly LLC ("Company," "we," "us"), a Wyoming limited liability company located at 5830 E 2nd St Ste 97127, Casper, WY 82609.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Doxxline provides a free AI-powered quiz that generates personalized income blueprint reports ("Blueprints") based on your self-reported professional background, skills, and goals. We also offer a paid extended analysis for a one-time fee.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. User-Provided Information

You agree that all information you provide through the quiz is accurate and provided voluntarily. You are solely responsible for the information you submit. Do not submit information that is confidential, proprietary, or that you do not have the right to share.

4. License to Use Your Quiz Responses

By completing the quiz, you grant Thriftly LLC a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, aggregate, and create derivative works from your quiz responses in anonymized and aggregated form for the following purposes:

All such use will be in anonymized and/or aggregated form. We will not sell or license your individually identifiable quiz responses to third parties without your explicit consent. Your name and email address are never included in anonymized datasets.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and Blueprints generated by the Service are owned by Thriftly LLC or its licensors. Your Blueprint is provided for your personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit generated Blueprints without written permission.

6. Paid Products

Certain features are available for purchase (the "Paid Products"). All purchases are final. Refund requests may be submitted within 30 days of purchase to hello@doxxline.com and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service and all Blueprints are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Blueprints are AI-generated informational guides, not professional financial, legal, or career advice. We make no guarantees about income, earnings, or business outcomes. Individual results vary based on effort, market conditions, and many other factors.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thriftly LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $197, whichever is less.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Thriftly LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be noted with an updated effective date at the top of this page.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Natrona County, Wyoming.
