This Privacy Policy describes how Thriftly LLC ("Company," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Doxxline website at doxxline.com and related services (the "Service").

1. Information We Collect
Information you provide directly:
- Email address — required to receive your Blueprint
- First name — optional, used to personalize your Blueprint
- Quiz responses — your profession, industry, skills, experience level, time availability, income goals, and biggest challenges
- Payment information — processed by our third-party payment providers (Gumroad, Stripe); we do not store credit card numbers
Information collected automatically:
- IP address, browser type, device type, and operating system
- Pages visited, time spent, and referral sources
- Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 6)

3. Anonymized Data and Datasets
We may anonymize and aggregate quiz responses to create industry research and datasets. Anonymized data has all personally identifiable information (name, email, IP address) permanently removed and cannot be traced back to you. These anonymized datasets may be used internally or licensed to third parties for research, AI training, and market analysis purposes.
4. Email Communications
By providing your email address, you consent to receive:
- Your generated Blueprint (transactional)
- Follow-up emails related to your Blueprint results
- Occasional product updates and offers
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can opt out at any time. Transactional emails (your Blueprint delivery) are not affected by unsubscribe.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personally identifiable information. We share data only with:
- Anthropic (Claude AI) — your quiz answers are sent to generate your Blueprint. Subject to Anthropic's Privacy Policy.
- Supabase — secure database hosting for quiz responses and Blueprints.
- Gumroad / Stripe — payment processing for paid products.
- Email service providers — to deliver emails (SendGrid, Mailgun, or similar).
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or to prevent harm.
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies for site functionality. We may also use analytics cookies (such as Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use the Service. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
7. Data Retention
- Quiz responses and Blueprints — retained indefinitely in anonymized form; identifiable data retained for up to 3 years from last interaction
- Email address — retained until you unsubscribe, plus up to 30 days for processing
- Payment records — retained as required by tax and accounting laws (typically 7 years)
8. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your personal data
- Object to or restrict processing
- Data portability
- Withdraw consent at any time

9. California Residents (CCPA)
California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personally identifiable information. To make a CCPA request, email hello@doxxline.com.
10. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS/SSL), secure database hosting, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
11. Children's Privacy
The Service is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18. If you believe we have collected such information, contact us immediately.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
